Promotion Rules

General
Before engaging in any promotions conducted by Bring It On from time to time (the “Promotions”), please familiarize yourself with these rules (the “Rules”), along with Bring It On's Terms of Use and its Privacy Policy. Your involvement in
Promotions imply your adherence to these Rules, Bring It On's Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and constitute an integral part of the Rules.
If you choose to participate in any Promotion, you hereby affirm to Bring It On that you have read, understood, and accepted the Rules. If you disagree with these Rules or any part thereof, please refrain from participating in any Promotions. Non-compliance may result in exclusion from the applicable Promotion and/or from Bring It On’s services in general.
1. Eligibility to Participate in Promotions
To be eligible to participate in any of Bring It On’s Promotions, all entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old (or, alternatively, they must meet the age of majority if such age is higher in their applicable state or country). Please note
that specific Promotions may be restricted to certain participants and in certain jurisdictions. Please also note that Bring It On’s and its affiliates’ respective employees, services providers, officers, directors, shareholders and other representatives, and their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate in any Promotions.
Bring It On is not obligated to check compliance with the above before any Promotion being held; however, if it becomes aware of any such prohibited participation, action may be taken against the relevant participants, including without limitation forfeiture of any winnings and termination of account.
Bring It On may request that you provide proof of your age, updated identity documentation, and/or other information and documents from time to time as a condition to participate in any Promotions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation and information as set forth above may lead to you being excluded from the Promotion and/or from Bring It On’s services in general, at Bring It On’s discretion.
2. How to Enter a Promotion
To enter a Promotion during the Promotion period specified by Bring It On, you should follow the instructions provided by Bring It On for the specific Promotion. Bring It On may provide different conditions for each Promotion and may set any terms and other aspects of a Promotion at its sole and absolute discretion, including without limitations with respect to the period of the Promotion, all subject to applicable laws.
You may also enter into the Promotion by contacting Bring It On during the Promotion’s period using the email address provided by Bring It On for such purpose. The subject of the email must state “Free participation application” or any other title designated by Bring It On and, in addition, state the name of the applicable Promotion. Your email must contain your username, user ID, phone number, email address, date of birth, the name of the specific promotion, and other details that Bring It On may request for such Promotion. Provided that your email (i) is associated with your account registered with us, and (ii) is received by us during the applicable Promotion’s period, each such valid email will allow you to receive one (1) ticket to participate in the applicable Promotion. You may have up to 1 email participation per each promotion.
Bring It On may change the above terms of participation through an email application from time to time at its discretion and subject to applicable laws. All entry requests received by Bring It On become Bring It On's exclusive property. Bring It On may reject entries for failing to meet any condition or for being fraudulent or incomplete and may take actions against the sender as applicable.
Please note that proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Bring It On. You will not have any claims against Bring It On for any requests not received or acknowledged by Bring It On, for any reason whatsoever, or received before or after the Promotion’s applicable period.
3. Changes to the Rules and to Prizes
Bring It On reserves its right to modify the Rules as well as the specific terms and conditions for each specific Promotion at its discretion, subject to applicable laws. Such changes will be communicated to participants before the commencement of the Promotion and your continued participation in the Promotion implies your acceptance of the modified Rules and/or other terms and conditions.
4. Prizes and Winners
The winners in any Promotion are selected based on the procedures outlined in Bring It On’s specific instructions for such Promotion. All of Bring It On’s decisions with respect to the winners and other operational issues are final. The prizes which are available in the Promotions may vary, and will be described in the specific terms and conditions provided by Bring It On for the specific Promotion.
The odds for winning any Promotion may depend among others on the total number of eligible entries received and accepted by Bring It On. Unless it is specified otherwise by Bring It On, all prizes are virtual items which have no real-world value. Winners of any prizes shall be exclusively responsible for any taxes or fees pertaining to the win and the collection of the prize. Bring It On may replace a prize, for any reason, with another prize of equal, lesser or greater value subject to applicable laws.
Bring It On will notify each potential winner by sending a notification as specified in the instructions for the specific Promotion. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours, or is otherwise disqualified, the prize will be forfeited.
5. Liability Limitations and Release
By applying to enter into a Promotion, you hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Bring It On and its affiliates and business partners, and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and other representatives (collectively, the “Indemnities”) from and against any and all third-party claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses of any kind that in any way now or hereinafter may arise from or relate to any Promotion.
In no event will the Indemnities be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Without limiting the foregoing, the Promotions are provided “as is”
without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, our
liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Additional Conditions and Limitations
Bring It On reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant who is found to be (i) acting in violation of the Rules; or (ii) acting in an illegal, objectionable, unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
In the event Bring It On is prevented from continuing with any Promotion as contemplated by any event beyond its control, including, without limitation, a force majure, fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute, strike, act of God, equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared,) or any federal, state or local government laws or regulations, court order or other cause not reasonably within Bring It On’s control, then Bring It On shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Promotion.
Use of robotic, mechanical or other non-permitted tools or methods is strictly prohibited and Bring It On reserves the right to implement entry processes that may frustrate or prohibit such means, provided that no participant may raise any claims against Bring It On for not taking such measures or for being unsuccessful in preventing such a behavior.
7. General Guidelines
By participating in any Promotion, each participant consents to Bring It On’s use, for on-air broadcast, online usage and/or for any other marketing, advertising and promotional purpose in any medium and in any territory, without any
consideration, of your name, voice, likeness, biographical information, the fact that you participated in the Promotion, the prizes won and substance of your entry form or any other submissions.
You hereby grant Bring It On a perpetual, unlimited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, license to use the above in any manner as determined by Bring It On in its sole discretion.
Bring It On reserves its right to: (i) terminate or declare any Promotion null and void and cancel any prize, if in Bring It On’s sole discretion, the Rules or the integrity of the Promotion have been violated or compromised by any person, whether or not a participant in the Promotion.
Bring It On may amend the Rules at any time and/or stop or resume any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Material changes to the Rules will be posted or informed in any other way when practical.
Social platforms such as Facebook or X (Twitter) and mobile providers such as Apple and Samsung (collectively, “Third Parties”) are not sponsors, endorsers, or affiliated in any way with the Promotions, and you hereby agree, as a condition to your participation in any Promotion, to release any such Third Parties from any and all liability arising out of or relating to your entry, creation of an entry, submission of an entry, participation in any Promotion, the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of an entry or other information.
