Can I make money playing Big Cash Bingo?
Yes!
Big Cash Bingo is a competitive bingo game where you can earn real money by playing games with cash rewards.
Do I have to deposit funds to earn money in this game?
No.
Even as a free player you can earn bonus cash by logging into the game and completing Missions (coming soon), then use this bonus cash to play real money games and earn real cash.
You can speed up the process by depositing and playing on real cash right away.
What languages is the game available in?
Currently only in English.
Fairness of Games
How is the game ensuring fairness?
When you play a game in Big Cash Bingo, it concludes with a score. We track players’ scores over several games to calculate their average score and then match players of similar skills (average score) to ensure fairness.
How do you determine that this is a skill game?
We retained the reputable Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) to assess the nature of the game. After running statistical and mathematical analysis of players ability to improve their scores over time, and for diversity in players skill levels - they certified that this is a game where skill is the dominant factor.
Do all players have an equal chance of winning?
Yes.
In every game, you and your opponents get the exact same card, same numbers being read out and same power ups at your disposal. What you make of this configuration is up to you, but everyone has the same chance of winning.

How can I deposit funds to my account?
We currently support deposits by PayPal and will soon add credit cards and ApplePay
Is my money safe with you?
Yes.
We comply with PCI regulations for processing payments safely and securely. All funds run through prestigious payment processors, such as PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.
How long does it take for the deposit to show in the account?
Deposits are immediately available for playing.
Is there any fee for depositing funds?
No.

Can I withdraw funds from the game?
Yes.
At any time you can withdraw real cash from your account by pressing the Withdraw button in the Settings menu (three lines button at the top-right of the main screen)

How are positions calculated?
All positions are based on score, the higher your score is, the better your position.
What are those x1.5, x2 ribbons?
These ribbons mark the stake booster of the player. Different players play with different stake boosters, which alters their entry fee and their prizes, but not their scores.
How come someone with a lower position got a larger prize?
Players that set a high stake booster can win larger prizes, as the booster multiplies all of their prizes. This is why sometimes a player with a high stake booster can achieve better prizes then players ranked better then them.
Bonus Cash
What is bonus cash?
Bonus cash is a promotional currency that we gift to our players. It can be used to enter cash games, but cannot be withdrawn.
How can I get more bonus cash?
You can get bonus cash by logging to the game consistently, completing missions (coming soon) and making deposits.
Withdrawals
Can I withdraw bonus cash?
No.
Only real cash can be withdrawn.
What is the minimum amount for withdrawals?
5$.
Is there any fee on withdrawals?
Yes.
We are charged a commission by our payment processors and therefore have to cover our costs by charging a flat $1 on every withdrawal.
What methods of withdrawal does the game offer?
Currently only PayPal. We are looking into offering more methods in the future.
How long does it take to process withdrawals?
We try to process withdrawals up to 3-5 days.
The process involves a manual inspection of the account, financial transactions, and gameplay history - which takes time.
What would happen to my bonus cash when I make a withdrawal?
Upon making a withdrawal, all bonus cash is removed from the account.
Why does the game deduct all bonus cash when I withdraw funds?
If we didn't do so, players could make a deposit, withdraw their real cash and play on the promotional bonus cash for free - which we couldn’t afford :/

Big Cash Bingo is a game of skill, not luck. As such, and based on the legal opinion we hold, in many countries and states, it is not considered gambling.
We strictly comply with regulations and offer this game only in countries and states in which it is legal to do so.
Where is the game currently offered?
Most states are in the US and in Israel.
Is this game available only on iOS?
The game will soon be available also on Samsung devices via the Samsung Galaxy store.

Registration
Why do I have to register to play cash games?
In order to make this game available to the wide public, many regulations need to be followed, including age requirements, geo-location verification and identity verification to some extent. All of these require a registration.
Do I have to provide my real name when registering?
Yes.
When you make a deposit we will need to provide the payment processors with the name you used to register and they will cross-reference it with your payment method. Failing to do so would result in failed deposits.
I don’t have a phone number, can I still register?
No.
We require a phone number to send a verification code and unfortunately do not have other methods in place to verify your identity.
What if I want to delete my account?
This can be easily done by opening a support ticket from the settings menu (top-right corner in the main screen) and specifying that you want your account deleted. Please note however that once deleted, we have no way of retrieving your account.
