Frequently asked questions

In order to make this game available to the wide public, many regulations need to be followed, including age requirements, geo-location verification and identity verification to some extent. All of these require a registration.

Yes. When you make a deposit we will need to provide the payment processors with the name you used to register and they will cross-reference it with your payment method. Failing to do so would result in failed deposits.

No. We require a phone number to send a verification code and unfortunately do not have other methods in place to verify your identity.

This can be easily done by opening a support ticket from the settings menu (top-right corner in the main screen) and specifying that you want your account deleted. Please note however that once deleted, we have no way of retrieving your account.
